1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoAuth website, dashboard, APIs, loaders, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RoAuth ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, cheats, or content that harms users or platforms
- Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or abuse authentication, rate limits, or billing
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Overload or disrupt the Service (including automated abuse of APIs or loaders)
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, suspected fraud, or risks to the Service or other users.
4. Scripts, keys & end users
You are solely responsible for the scripts you upload, license keys you issue, and how end users interact with your content. RoAuth provides authentication and operational tooling; we do not endorse or control your scripts. You must have the rights to distribute your code and comply with applicable platform rules (including Roblox and executor policies).
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans, extensions, and promotional pricing are described at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. Subscription time applies to your account and linked projects as shown in the dashboard. Failure to pay or renew may disable script authentication until payment is restored.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, branding, dashboard, loaders, and documentation. You retain ownership of your scripts and project content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, obfuscate (if enabled), and deliver your scripts solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. Authentication and obfuscation reduce risk but cannot eliminate abuse or tampering entirely.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROAUTH AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF GREATER).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and may require renewed acceptance in the dashboard. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
